Michael turned up at the appointed time, did an amazing job at transforming my 8 year old, slow but serviceable lap top and brought it back less than 6 hours later performing like a new machine. Called michael after my 2013 laptop finally crashed. I was worried I wouldnt recover the files but Micheal was brilliant at not only getting the files of the broken hard drive but changing it for a solid state and now its like new!
